📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns for:

  • Defective or Damaged Products – Free return or full refund.
  • Wrong Item Shipped – Free return or replacement.
  • Change of Mind – Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned.

Note: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or sustainability reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened baby bottles, pacifiers, and feeding accessories
  • Personal care products (e.g., creams, wipes)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email support@littlesapling with your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return address (or arrange a refund without return when possible).
  3. Ship the Item Back – Use the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund or Replacement – Once our supplier confirms receipt and condition, we will: 
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, OR
    • Send a replacement if requested and available.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Your Responsibility: You cover shipping for change-of-mind returns.

♻️ Sustainable Approach

To minimize waste and carbon emissions, in some cases we may:

  • Offer a partial refund and let you keep the item
  • Send a free replacement without requiring a return (for low-value items)

ℹ️ Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover processing costs.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
